Governing Law & Legal Compliance

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ndola, Zambia. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with:

• ECTA 2021: Governs digital transactions, electronic documents, digital signatures, and validity of electronic communications
• Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act: Prohibits unauthorized access, modification, or misuse of computer systems and data
• Data Protection Framework: Protects personal information in accordance with Zambia's Constitution Article 20 right to privacy
• Registration of Business Names Act (No. 16 of 2011): Governs our business registration and legitimate trading operations
• General Laws of Zambia: Including any amendments or new legislation related to information and communications technology
